Preventative Technology Maintenance

IT Pros is good at putting out fires, but we would much rather spend our time making sure that the fires don’t happen in the first place. Under our Network Preventative Maintenance Program we will schedule a time to install security and patch management to all devices on a routine basis. We have tools in place which allow us to do most of the preventative work after business hours remotely in an effort to minimize your downtime. There are many benefits to onsite visits. We balance onsite and remote work to make sure your systems are running optimally. In addition to making sure the software is up to date we are also looking at the physical aspects of the equipment. Some work environments are harsher than others. We use compressed air and vacuums to clean workstations and servers so that cooling fans are at their peak performance
